Ball Park Hot Dogs

I'll have a Kosher, under a deep layer of hot chili-- enough chili to soak up in the bun & bury the dog, so a fork is manditory. There needs to be a good drizzle of mustard back & forth across the whole thing & several slices of dill pickle tucked into the chili here & there. It should be warm enough to make the mustard & pickles hot.

EDIT: I forgot the onion

How do you want yours?

My bad-- I corrected it-- not talking about a brand, but am referring to hot dogs at the ball park (or anywhere, for that matter-- it was watching a game when it crept into my head)

NYC cart hot dogs. I don't care what goes into them, or how I'll get diseased eating them. They're good.

I'm probably a little unusual in my tastes. I like hot dogs with just the 'dog' and ketchup. At the most, a little cheese added on there.

I like 'em from the street corner vendors in Philly. We call 'em 'dirt water dogs' because we have no idea when they changed the water last. I like mine with brown mustard and saurkraut.
Oh...and I like my buns steamed.

My hot dog buns, I mean.

IF I WAS GOING TO EAT A HOTDOG
Your "Chicago style" would be the way {minus tomatoes/celery salt}

One dog, gently placed in a bun with a fair amout of pickle relish and spicy mustard sprinkled with freshly chopped onions followed by two Tums or Rolaids.
Excuse me!
