On large maps, when planets build queues empty, sometimes it doesnt let me know

I scanned the bug reports and didn't see this, so I thought I'd post it, sorry if it's been mentioned before. On large maps with all abundant (ie stars, planets, habitable planets), with 50 or more planets, sometimes when a planet gets done with it's production, it doesn't let me know it's done by bringing up a green colony icon thing on the right side. There's another bug that sometimes not all colononies that are done show the green icon, but I can get those to show up by hitting the esc key.

This may not sound like much, but when you research habitat improvement, having empty tiles because you weren't informed that the planet is done terraforming them is bad, and a pita to have to check that every colony that's building nothing has really built everything it can. It would help if there were some sort of information in the colony list that showed how many spaces a colony had left to build on. In fact if you added that, AFAIC, you could just leave the bug alone .....

I've noted similar problems with ship/planet icons on the right side of the screen. The problem is worse in the biggest galaxy settings later in the game. Sometimes the icons never "fall" all the way to the bottom of the screen, and get stuck part way down.

This wouldn't be such a big deal if you could recall the turn's News window. That way, you could just do all the checking there.

I've also had problems with late pop-up Windows. By that I mean that I'm reviewing construction event for a turn, get into a planet screen; and get a pop-up that a planet has defected to my side. At that point, the planet screen is often corrupted (displaying things like two Star Ports, resource bonus tiles disappear or lose the bonus icon, etc.).

You can quickly check on what's building on all your worlds in the Civilization Manager screen. When I see nothing I double click on the planets name and it will open up the planetary window.
