Config file for backgrounds

I would like to use the backgrounds that I made but dont know how. I notice there is a configuration settings file with each background. Is there a tutorial for making them and tells what everything does in the configuration settings file?

If your referring to ObjectDock...got to the ObjectDock folder and scroll down and look for the "SkinningThe Dock.txt" file. It will show you all the codes that you need...you juts have to figure out what they do and how to use them.

is that only in the plus folder? I don't have one. using free version.
