When will Stardock fix my account?

Am I the only one with that problem

Hi,
I bought the game on 20.03.06 online at https://store.stardock.com/order.asp as "Download + Retail CD". Used my
existing account because I bought GC1 years ago. My email address is the same in all accounts.
Can't download gc2 via sdc: Could not register, says email address does not match our records. Using the same email address with GC1 s/n works fine.
Started a support call Ticket ID: XCB-939464
Got two hints from Stardock Support on 22.03.06, that doesn't help (https://www.galciv2.com/paradox/ and https://www.galciv2.com/registration.aspx
I told them that it does not work. Since then I'm waiting for a reply from Stardock. This is the fourth working day since the last reply of stardock support and sixth day since I bought the game. My ticket at https://www.stardock.helpserve.com is still open.

Still can't play the game. Stardock is not helping me!!!

Is anybody else out there treated that way?
Sorry, that I created that forum post, because I know there are already some post dealing with similar problem. But I hoped to draw some attention now because I simply want to download and play a game that i purchased over a week ago.

Any help would be desperatly appreciated!

I had a similar problem with my account. and got no reponse from Stardock. Sadly I can't offer any advice.When a company doesn't care about it's customers it's a wonder how they stay in business.

@xko: You say you had a problem. Is that problem solved now? And how long did it take?

Try the IRC channel maybe? That's my only idea.

 : You had specified another recepient when purchasing.. your product registration went under another account record. I've merged the two. You should be all set.

Finally...
thanx, Stardock for your help. Still can't understand the problem anyway. All you asked for is using the same emailadress on any account, which I have.
Why can't I make you sent the CD to another address, because I'm almost never home (without getting in trouble and waiting for 7 workdays)?
Bad Database Setup, if you asked me.

OK, gc1 is/was a great game and I'm sure gc2 will be too (seen it at a friend).
