Why can't I upload?

I want to submit an icon and can't

Someone help me out here, please.

I upload an icon for the Object Dock library. It sits in "waiting for approval" status for like a day. Then it goes away. What gives?

I don't know what happened to the rejection e-mail, but the icon wasn't zipped. If you read the upload page it clearly states uploads must be in .zip format.

Hey there,

I did upload it in ZIP format, i even try renaming to odock format, and still it's gone after few days.

So...what could be wrong?
