Skins won't apply

Hello,

Whenever I hit "Apply this skin now" nothing happens. It looks like it will change the skin, but it does not.

I remember reading awhile ago about installing some file that was already on my computer, something about I386 or something (I tried searching, but it appears I am an idiot). Argh, I wish I could remember more. There was a long post about it, and halfway through it some guy found a solution, possibly changing something in the registry as well, also having to use your windows XP cd.

It worked for me before, but my computer screwed up and now windowblinds stopped working. I wanted to find that post and follow the steps again, but I have no idea what to look for.

Thanks

how long did it work?

About 37 days, I am using the free trial and I have about 23 days left. When I first downloaded WB, it wouldn't work. I came here and searched for something and came upon that thread I was talking about in my first post.

I somehow fixed it, but I think the post I was looking for had something to do with my INF folder, C:\Windows\INF. Possibly installing sr.inf
