Ordered CD game from paradox but no serial number

I bought the game from the paradox shop and I received it today.
I only received a serial number where I can do stuff for the collection Edition
But I can not find any other serial number to do anything.
If I try to use the same sernial number that I have to use for the collection edition I get an error that the serial number is not correct or not updated.
Can I have any help?

Same here,
ordered the english CE-Disk Version from Paradox in Europe. Tried to enter the serial on the back of the manual in any of the serial fields with no luck (Error 12). I even tried with stardock control.

Acording to paradox-forum this Problem is known since few days now. (wrong sreial numbers)

Please give us some info how or when this issue could be soved.

Same Problem here!!

i ordered my game from webhallen.com i sweden
got my copy today and when im gonna download the patch it says that the serial is not valid!!!

i have the collectors box and i could use the serial on the back to download the collectors content but i cant download ant patches!!!

This has been sorted already. We've created a page where you can input the CE code from your Paradox box and get issued a new serial number for updates. You will need to treat that code as having been printed with your copy, the process does NOT create an account record for you in the system, though it does tie it to the email address you use so you can get it in the future. An email is also sent.
