I would like to remind everyone that there is a searchable Knowledgebase with almost all of the known issues related to Galactic Civilizations II in it. We know that several forum threads in different areas can be confusing and frustrating to sort through, so we're scouring the forums for you and adding all current questions and answers to the Knowledgebase. As new issues arise and new resolutions are discovered, the Knowledgebase will be updated in real-time.

Your best bet is to start there, then if you wish to discuss something further or ask the community for assistance, post in the forums. Don't forget, you can also get assistance from Stardock Support directly from within the Knowledgebase. Simply go to the main Support Center page then click "Submit a Ticket." This will allow you to email Stardock Support and will give you a unique Trouble Ticket number which will allow us to track the progress of your issue and assist you in a more timely, more thorough manner.

The GalCiv II Knowledgebase is only related to support issues such as which resolution is supported etc, is this correct?

That and more. The Knowledgebase contains pretty much anything and everything we think an end user will find useful. There are certainly solutions to common problems, but also links to drivers, tips on playing the game and other information. The more questions we can answer, the more useful we feel the Knowledgebase becomes. Your questions here in the forums help build a larger Knowledgebase for your fellow gamers.

Which also translates to "it's a work in progress".  So, the more questions are asked or information posted, the larger the base should become.
