Question about micro managment

I was just curious, Is it possible to change the spending level of individual plants. I ask becuase alot of my plantes can no longer build any social projects, and i feel like im wasting that 28% of the planets funds. It would be cool if you could do it this way, but also very tedious, and was just wondering if I can.

You can't completely adqust the spending on a per-planet level, but you CAN set the focus of individual planets with the little "bullseye" buttons in the Colony Management window.

i dont think you can waste any funds in the game because any social production points you dont use gets converted into BC i believe (i read it in the manual somewhere) so technically your not losing any bc by having fully developed planets.

Based on another post (by Frogboy) I saw a couple days ago, that's not entirely true. It works that way for military production, but social production that isn't used is wasted. It wasn't entirely clear whether that was intentional or a bug.
