I personally would rather have a drop down much like the construction / research complete icon. It could be an icon of a disk or some such and when you mouse over, it displays a tooltip like: "Game Saved: Turn 423". Thoughts anyone? -- Who dares, wins. - S.A.S. Motto

DungeonGod: The part about SP2 needing to be installed hasn't been a problem for me. I've been running without it for some time now and GC2 seems to be running ok, so far anyway.
