problem solved with 8.05. I did not realize that the update from 8.04 to 8.05 was not auto. You have to manually uninstall 8.04 reboot and then install 8.05 and reboot.

Just found that 8.05 did not overlay 8.04 automatically. So I am uninstalling 8.04 and will try to update to 8.05. I will report back
Update not working for me. I still cannot load either Windows Explorer or Task Mgr. Screen appears and immediately disappears. Handbrake fails but does not disappear. DVDFab same thing. using DEFAULT blinds and everything works fine. Running Windows 8.1 all updates are current as of last night. Problem Started on Tuesday night. any know fixes out there ???????????????/

Thanks for the update. I am running the more than current version of JAVA 7.10 which is a beta release. You would think that would have the fix. I'll look around
I have a Java 1.6 application I wrote to handle a Fantasy Football league. The application has various screens/panels. Some panels require you to click a checkbox. Some panels require data entry.
