Broken icons are also a known problem on win 10. Hopefully Microsoft fixes the issues on their end when the next wave gets released. I have been using Iconpackager without any issue, maybe just lucky. The blank page icon issue is because the icon of the executable or icon does not have the 96x96 format. it is a pain, to go thru the startmenu and fix all the icon references, but can be done with icon developer. I have 100% happy icons, bar the broken Microsoft office 2016 ones... I

Just a follow up,...Unticking "use smart package loading" returns full iconpackager to full function (no more hung app) that is with the widcomm software installed for the pc850 bluetooth transciever. I waited a couple days to make sure there wasn't any unknown problem, but for me, I believe I have IP back and working...currently using the latest beta and liking it! cheers.

With pc850 software installed Iconpackager fails to function eg. load a package. uninstall the pc850 software and iconpackager works fine....tried with both release and latest beta...Funny thing is though if I use ThemeManager (with pc850 installed) to load icon packages everything is ok and then I can edit single icons and apply.

I get the same problem lately. If I play with "sort order" and "sort by", eventually I succeed in getting the normal display...Frustrating I think the wallpaper.ini and current SDC is somehow broken...can't really explain it any better other than I can say SDC has a bug not your computer JH! Maybe next week or so things will be back to normal? <
