It's Fences2 ... it was working fine for many years. No upgrade. When i go to my account, i can't see my purchase anymore.

I have bought Fences2 somes years ago, i used it without problem since i bought it. But, on starting july, the licence key don't work anymore. It ask me to buy it again ! I have tried to send many messages to support... but there is no replies.
