When I run the Start8config, it ask me to start the trial, buy (which I have already done) and the have already purchased option. I clicked that one, entered my email and password and it accessed my account and then said it was all that I had installed that was purchased was ready to go. Still can't launch it. If I look at my account at Stardock, it lists everything I have purchased including Start8. Thanks again! Stephen
I just purchased a subscription renewal for Object Desktop Ultimate and downloaded and installed Start8. I cannot get the program to launch. I have tried both Start8 and Start8_64. I am running Windows 8 on a 64-bit machine. I also downloaded and installed Stardock Central and it shows Start8 as installed. I also installed Decor8. Clicking the Launch button in Stardock Central will not launch either program either. Any suggestions? Thanks! Stephen
