How wide spread is this? What is your ETA since this was reported a month ago?

I'm having the same problem as well.

I frequently get the error that my "Backup location is offline". It doesn't report this problem all of the time, sometimes it saves the information just fine. My backup location is a local drive, that is clearly available. And my secondary location is an external drive, which is also clearly available. I am not sure what the heck is going on. This happens with a number of different file types (XML, DOC, DOCX, HTML just to name a few). I am running Win7 x64.
