I'm starting to despair of this whole thing. I can't even get Impulse to install now. Turned off the firewall to make sure it could, but it just gives me prompts that all the needed parts are missing. I've not been able to run the Dreams, get the aero for the WB, and now I can't download and install the Impulse. Please help soon??
Well, here we go again. I just got a new computer yesterday, factory OS is Vista Business Edition. Problem is, now my Dreams won't run - ArRGHJRjjfh!!! I updated the DreamScene to 2.91, but the only dreams that will play are the ones inside the new thingy from Impulse. The other day I updated the one on my laptop (Vista Ultimate on that one) and it's running fine. I've already torn out most of my hair, and I'm sitting on one hand now to keep from ripping out the rest. Can someone p

Where can I reload the previous version before this beta?It worked really well - the 2.90 version won't run my dreams. They just show up on the desktop like a regular wallpaper, but they aren't animated. I really want the other version back. Please?
I'm SO confused! When I try to download a dream, I don't know where the default dream folder is, so I can't get it to work from Impulse. Where do my dreams go now? I saw that we now have to click on the "apply" button in Impulse, but none of the dreams I use are there. Help?
Hi, everyone, I downloaded the Beta 3 also, and told it to run; but I'm still seeing v 2.90 beta. 'Sup with it? I'm anxious to try out the new stuff, but can't get to it. I think I'm gonna have an epic hissy fit in a minute.... :( BTW, I'm running Vista Ultimate.

Well, having gotten through all the kindergarten back-and-forth above, let me tell you something. I absolutely love this Ankh thing. I've been studying ancient Egypt for many years, especially the 18th Dynasty, and this representation from the tome of Tutankhamen is just beautiful. Even his cartouche is right on correct. Hi, everyone, El Dummo here again. Can someone with patience tell me step by step how to apply Dreams to XP? I've already purchased Object Desktop, have dreams downloaded, but when I try to apply them it's a nightmare! They look like someone mangled them, and they never fully load. I'm so disappointed I could just spit! I have Vista on both my laptops and the Dreams run beautifully, but it would be nice to have them on my PC, too. Help? And thanx - Jymmy

Hi, everyone, I was just looking at all the cool WBs, and it occurred to me that there aren't very many being done for the female users out here. I know we have some GREAT skinners who could do them, and I would very much like to have some soft, feminine WBs to use. The majority of the skins are very good, but they're also very manly-looking skins. I don't know how to make them, or I'd try it myself. Won't someone please do some for us girls? Please?
I can't get my Impulse to open. It starts, but then just disappears. How can I get it to open? HELP???
I use XP Pro at home and Vista Ultimate on my laptop, so I'm gonna make out like a bandit on this one! I'm so glad this if finally happening. Now my XP can be as cool as my Vista, and my Vista can be even cooler! Yea, WinCustomize!

I've been a Stardock patron since 1999, but this year I finally subscribed to WinCustomize. Gee, if I'd known how much I'd enjoy it, I would have done it a lot sooner!
