it gone now but it the default theme and when i choose another theme it comes back

i got another problem with windowsblinds some apps on fullscreen have this annoying title bar how do i get rid of it

like you see the start menu in some themes take the whole screen it annoying is there a fix? and if there is not i hope the dev see this. thanks
