26 December 2003 Limping through the festivities with an over dose of oxymethazoline nose drops. These drops should be used only for stretches of 3 days. I have been using oxymethazoline nasal drops for 47 days. Hmm. explains the drowsiness and fatigue. I underwent surgery in March 2002 to remove polyps. Miserable failure! The polyps grew back. Spent 21 days at a quaint Auyurvedic Centre called Kottakal Arya Vaidya Sala, Kerala, India in August 2003. The treatment comprised of massages with warm oil, soaking of the scalp with medicated water and dosing of auyurvedic oils in each nostril. The experience was enjoyable but I still go down with a massive attack of sinusitis. Since November 1, I have always had a blocked nose. Thoroughly disgus
