Is Start11 Search supposed to also look in: %appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\StartMenu If not, can it be made to?

Let me re-state the OP's question in a different way, as I'm not sure if it was adequately stated or answered.
