This happens when I have several tabs open and one is highlighted, that is, the focus is on that folder. Clicking the "+" on the tab bar opens a new tab in the folder that is highlighted, except when the highlighted folder is Home on Windows 11. When the focus is on Home, nothing happens when I click "+".
