Ok so I figured out the issue. It is a Start 11 v2.55 issue. If you select "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar", the issue with the network folder occurs. Since I've turned it off, Start11 is working fine as is the Network folder. Please fix. Also why is my avatar not showing up? It's in my account.
