Thanks, I was able to activate the program now. Yes, it always appeared to me that message , but when I clicked the continue button the message appeared again and it wouldn't let me continue each time. Now it worked!

A month ago I changed my PC, the previous one was formatted and I no longer have it, but on the new PC I get a message that is activated on another computer. I tried deauthorize device from Steam, reinstall... it doesn’t work. Moved to Accounts and Activation help area
