How can I make WindowBlinds skins apply to Chrome? I downloaded the Chrome shortcut you provided, but when I run it, it says the shortcut is invalid. Are there any other ways to make it work?
I'm currently using Start11 as well, but StartAllBack allows for more flexibility in hiding the input method indicator, network icon, volume, battery, and so on.
