I’m seeing the same issue as Dave, same Windows 11 24H2 build and Multiplicity 4.01 Pro on both PCs. After a restart, I get the “encryption key setting is incorrect” message, even though seamless still works and the key hasn’t changed. Tried the guide, no luck. Any other suggestions? Thanks,

Hi Basj, I’m having the same issue. After installing Start11, the network, sound, and clock/calendar icons don’t open when I click them. I’m on Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, build 22631.3737. I tried uninstalling Start11, rebooting, and then reinstalling the latest version, followed by another reboot, but the problem still happens. <p data-start="409
Thanks for the clarification, Basj. I’m also looking to upgrade from v3 to v4 and was wondering about the same thing regarding the settings. If there’s any official word from the support team later on whether the v3 settings are retained or need to be manually reconfigured in v4, that would be helpful to know. I’ll keep an eye on this thread too. Appreciate the follow-up.

Thanks for the link, Basj. I gave restarting Explorer.exe a shot, but the accent color I set is still showing up in File Explorer tabs. I’m wondering if a config file or registry setting is where Groupy stores the default accent color for apps? It would be helpful to know where to check or reset that.
Hey Sotirios7, I'm seeing the same thing on my setup, shortcuts show as pinned but don’t appear in the start menu when using the Windows 10 style in full screen. Thought it was just me. Hopefully, it’s something that can be fixed in an update. Let me know if you find a workaround in the meantime.
Hi Adam, thanks for logging this issue, just wanted to chime in as another user who's noticed the same tooltip clipping behavior. I also use a tabbed dock along the bottom edge of the screen, and the tooltips getting cut off have been a bit distracting. Glad to hear it's on your radar now. Looking forward to any updates down the line.
Hi Basj, I'm experiencing the same issue as TomWahl. When I relaunch a saved Groupy 2 group with Excel workbooks already open, it tries to open new instances instead of focusing on the existing ones. This causes Excel to show file-in-use errors or open them as read-only. My files are stored locally, not on a network or external drive. I'm using Groupy 2 version 2.12 on Windows 11 Pro, build 22631.3593.
