So, despite uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of Start 11 for Windows 11 (24h2), I must still often click multiple times on minimized apps in the taskbar, in order to restore these already-running application windows. The type of application that is already running and minimized in the taskbar makes no difference. If I click an app in the taskbar that is not currently running, it will launch on a single click, as designed. Currently running win 11
