Followed your instructions exactly. Same problem as described by me, above. I need to restart explorer to have Start11 function properly. Using MS-Ball01 start button. Windows 11 25H2 OS Build 26200.6901 Stardock V 2.56, just downloaded No other apps affect taskbar or start functions.

Every time I log into Windows 11, the Start Button and Menu are the default Windows 11 ones. If I restart Explorer, the correct Start11 button then appears and stays until the next windows login. Also, along with the start button issue at login, the Task Bar does not show the correct Start11 height (too big), although the corners are rounded. Both before and after the latest update, the start button defaults to the standard windows logo on boot-up and behaves as Windows 11 would without Start 11. If I restart Explorer (right click the desktop) the correct start button appears and behaves in the expected Start 11 mode when it is clicked. This happens after every reboot.
