Object Dock Weather Docklet No Longer Works in OD 1.04 or OD Plus in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

No matter how much I've tinkered and how many of the different docklet mods i've downloaded the Weather Docklet doesn't work for non-US locations in ObjectDock 1.04 or ObjectDock Plus.
