Be honest I'm not that impressed it's really not that much of a change from beta 1 to Beta 2 right now. But then again it's. 0.1 different. I was just expecting a little more positive changes. It's still fights with start 11, it overrides start 11 really needs an option to don't override start 11 settings. I use start 11 to customize my start bar and menu and window blinds just throws that all away and does what it wants to do. It's still a work in progress I've never used Windows 10 I

Unfortunately I missed the window of getting beta 2 before it was pulled. If anybody has it and is using it, can you tell me. Does now work with HDR enabled?

Any updates on when beta 2 will be re-released?

As far as the issue go, I'm willing to accept them. I thrive on problems if it crashes my entire system meh I just reformat install and start again. I've crashed my entire system numerous times over the decades trying to do something that it wasn't supposed to. I've also crashed my system numerous times because of alcohol intervention. 😏 would really like a chance to play with the beta 2.

Hopefully next version of Windows blinds will be able to handle HDR. That's the main reason right now I'm not using window blinds. But I do understand that if it's not high on the to-do list. I'll just be patient and wait.

Start all back doesn't play well with windowblinds at least on my system. Did notice that if you have start 11 and start all back both installed and you turn off use custom start button image and start 11 you get the larger orb from start all back

Not more of a issue but a request. Under use the taskbar and start menu from this style: would like to see a Option to "Use Sart 11 settings" window blinds is overriding many of the settings that I have from start 11.

Windowblinds 11 still overrides start 11 settings. Blurring the background even though blaring is shut off and start 11 the adjust transparency is grayed out and cannot be changed and it is adding a texture background that cannot be removed.

Buy it you won't regret it. Or just wait until it comes out of beta then you'll be able to download the trial.

Mine is in my downloads under view individual downloads.

I usually don't apply a texture to the taskbar was playing around with start 11 1.27 and I notice that if I have HDR enabled the texture doesn't show. I probably would not have noticed it if windowblinds 11 did not have a issue with HDR.

Can you post a screen shot perhaps that might help Stardock diagnose your issue does it look like the Pic i posted? I'm using a nvidia gtx 970 card are you using ATI, Intel, built in graphics?

Personally I think Microsoft is still ticked off they had to bring back the task bar so they're trying everything they can do to get people to hate it. That way when they remove it again they won't get as much complaints.

I do but when I use WB11 it overrides my taskbar settings in Start11. Am I missing something is there a way to prevent WB11 from overriding Start11?

If you have HDR enabled that happens try disabling it. Stardock is aware of the issue.

Turning off HDR worked. Hopefully there will be a fix for it.

Just installing it. Same no matter what skin I choose. Also tried editing skin change background from white to light gray no changes all black.

windows blinds makes everything black had to uninstall. After uninstalling it changed to system default Dark theme where originally I had a light theme. I tried changing and editing the skin it showed a white background but I changed it to a gray and no change still all black. If I select system default theme everything goes back to windows 11 normal. <img src="http

I have the same issue but when I uninstalled windowblinds it had changed from a light theme to a dark theme under Windows personalization I just chose a light theme and everything's back to normal

Everything still a go for this week?
