Why did it not stop fences from removing the files telling it the files were in use ?

When moving files from one fence to another removing the source before pasting in the destination windows comes up with a message Could not Find this item this in no longer located in c:\ .......... path verify the item's location Do this for all current items try again Skip Cancel It's deleted the directory when i removed the fence never moved to the recycle bin never asked <br
