Webroot Reinstalled the program though and now it doesn't work at all even after whitelisting the trojan

Trojan virus happened today for me as well with Fences 3, had it installed for years but today is the first time it showed as a virus. Was able to uninstal my app, but now I cannot get it to work. Had to add the trojan file to a whitelist, but my Fences 3 does not work anymore. (Support want to upgrade me to Fences 5 for free?🤞)
