Good morning, Just following up from our exchange last week. I have still not received the product key or a ticket number for any of my requests. I have so far received 17 emails welcoming me to the Stardock Universe however. I would really appreciate your help in either receiving a refund for the product I have paid for and not received or receiving the product key for my son, With thanks

Morning Sean, Thanks for getting back to me and apologies, this is for my son. I have not received a ticket number from any of my requests, just redirection emails. I have followed instructions as Basj suggested and completed a form and also tried to merge the .com purchase with the .co.uk account. Your help would be appreciated in resolving, With thanks, Amy
