Good morning, Just following up from our exchange last week. I have still not received the product key or a ticket number for any of my requests. I have so far received 17 emails welcoming me to the Stardock Universe however. I would really appreciate your help in either receiving a refund for the product I have paid for and not received or receiving the product key for my son, With thanks

I have followed instructions as Basj suggested and completed a form and also tried to merge the .com purchase with the .co.uk account. Your help would be appreciated in resolving, With thanks, Amy

I'm happy to take a refund and we can reorder - our account has the product in the 'basket' as if we have not purchased, but I have already paid and the money has been taken from my account.

I bought Curtains for my 12 year old son and used an incorrect email address to the account, the product key is not showing now on the account we created but the money has been taken from my account. Can anyone help please?
