I would find it very benificial when I have open windows on my desktop and I need to use Fences that the Fence would drop down and come to the front of all open windows that are on my desktop so I could see the contents of the Fence in use, this could be made into an option that the user could toggle and would ease the problem of having to rearrange the open windows just to see the contents of the Fence.
