I didn’t end up purging from the admin but simply uninstalled it and deleted related files and reinstalled it. It works thanks

Hello, I've downloaded the 30day trial version about 2 weeks ago and decided to buy the steam version today. I did the installation on top of my trial version but when I go into groupy, it's still asking me to continue my 30day free trial or enter the product key which is not applicable to us. How do I get the software to understand that I've got the purchased version now? Thanks, C

Hi, Thanks for the response. I'm on Windows 10 Pro 2004 with OS build 19041.746. My Groupy version number is version 1.46. I've just downloaded a few days ago and am still on the trial version. You've mentioned there are possible conflicts with my Opera extensions and Groupy. Could you help to direct where to check for the compatibility for that? Thanks a bunch in advance, C

Hello, Groupy is working and running fine with most of my programs except for Opera. I can group my chrome with any other type of software and other software among themselves. Literally, Opera is the only app not having any reaction when I drag it and hover it over other programs. I can't find another person having this issue on and off of this site. I'm running Windows 10 with Opera 73.0.3856.344 Could someone please help? Thank you! C
