basj, I'm in the same boat. Win 10 Version 22H2, purchased upgrade license to Object Desktop. Fences (4.0.7.2) will not start for me either. I have two instances enabled in Task Manager\Startup. Right click, enable Fences does nothing. Dragging a Fence does nothing. Been a user since approximately 2016 and love the software, but something is wrong now. I see it in forums. Is there a fix yet?
