I've got a similar problem. I bought some extra tokens at the weekend from the TotalGaming.net website using PayPal but they never appeared in my Stardock account. When I checked the receipt e-mail carefully, they'd been associated with the e-mail address I use for PayPal which is different from my Stardock one. This worked fine when I bought the first set of tokens, and I used PayPal then too. Waiting for support to get back to me (it's been 2 days, prod, prod :D ) Edit - e-m
