Hello, this happens on active windows (on inactive ones too, but not as visible - because the shadow is not so strong), it occurs on every window but it is less noticeable on dark backgrounds. I tried it on another Windows 10 system, it makes the same bug. It's as if the shadow is shifted 1px from the edge of the window. As you can see on the picture below, there is a 1px transparent border on each windows, it seems especially stronger on system apps (you can see the My phone app on the picture).
