I can't use the link in FAQ to reinstall, server message occurred 'can't download - network error'

I reinstalled 3 times, and same position. I checked forum before, and tried clean widows setting also. However, it still has the same problem.

I purchased the Groupy in bundle with Fences However, I can't use this SW in my PC When I start Groupy, it blinked and down. The background process is running, but I can't open setting windows, even if I've never opened the tutorial. Please check my trouble thanks https://youtu.be/UcLfaKge7UE <i
