Windows 11 w/ Up to date Windows Insider Program 22622.290 ni_release

No matter what theme I pick, the titlebars are transparent with white text and white buttons. They get lost and I have to play whack-a-mole to try and max/min/close any window.

I would like to be able to download my object dock purchase on my phone as I currently have spotty internet connection on my laptop, but the button does not work.
