Thanks for your very fast reply AzDude. I have tried, as instructed, with Purge_MP.bat but when I re-installed Multiplicity I was still coming up in Seamless mode with no chance to change it to KVM Mode. I tried again and Purge_MP.bat opened the Command Prompt which went into a cycling mode which constantly requested Administrative privileges. I had turned off the firewall and virus protection. Can someone please help me? I bought Object Desktop today and have, so far, successfully installed CursorFX, Icon Manager and Multiplicity. When I configured Multiplicity I selected 'Seamless' mode and it was only after I had done the installation that I realise that I should be in KVM Mode. I can see no way of changing to KVM in the settings. In the videos I have seen a KVM tab under Seamless but I haven't got that tab. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing but
