I do often use a second display. I can confirm that the issue occurs with or without the second display. Also, the laptop does have a touch screen. Thank you.

Using Start11 (v. 1.47, Windows 11) and notification area only partially shows at startup. Going to taskbar settings in Start11 and "Restart explorer" fixes the issue, but the issue returns at every startup. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Start11, but the issue remains. Thoughts?
