Its seems that if i want to play with my friends i need to use hamachi as our friend pianohohn said, since the multiplayer still don´t work for me, its a unfortunate situation since i recently bought the game just for multiplayer and i need to use outsourced programs to run the game correctly. i wish i could even got a final answer from the support team about this problem.

I gave admin permissions. checked the firewall. did all the procedures above and in the troubleshooting section. reinstalled the game. Tried the procedure the same as Not_Sure above.
