Okay, it's working now :) Thanks to everyone who replied; it is greatly appreciated

I have a clean install of windows per full factory reset on my windows 10 x64 pc and it is fully updated however, after installing deskscapes 11, the entire creator content sections of the app is completely empty. I even went as far as to uninstall 11 and install deskscapes 10; same issue. I have zero ability to browse, view or download any dreams or still from any content creator because the pages are all blank. Not
