Thank you for your prompt reply, please elaborate further on how to file this "support ticket" on which category is it in? I tried retrieving my product keys to No avail. i would love to have it send directly to my email instead. xxxxxx@yahoo.com (please don't post your personal email in a public forum) That would be most convenient for me, since it already deducted from my account yet "card denied error" occured. Thankyou so much!
