OK so it looks like a "boolean" situation here. If this version number is correct, all the previous were incorrect. Hence the bug on winget. Who's maintaining that package then?
It looks like you guys mistyped the version number from 1.36 to 1.3.6.0. You might ask: "why do you care?" I do care because I use winget-cli on Windows 11 and now Start11 is stuck in the update queue because it thinks the latest version is older than the one available on winget (1.31). So now I can't update all my software with a single command without having Start11 to reinstall every single time. Either you remove it from winget or you fix the bug, ple
