in case you've just changed to Eset Internet Security, this setting can be seen below

mine started doing the same for some reason, I cured it by adding a short cut to the start menu to C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Multiplicity\ MultiplicityConfig.exe and now it reruns everytime as it should.

I use the latest version of Eset Internet security and this fix works on two windows 11 computers but you have to change the setting on both computers for it to work.
