Installed 1.15 and no matter what options I try, Win 11 defaults stay ? I've used every previous version without issue. Checked services and it's running. Have reinstalled and no luck.

I don't know if you got it fixed, but I had the same issue and did all the purging and clean install with no luck. I used 7zip and extracted the .curtainsStyle file to the public user documents Stardock curtains folder and it works perfectly now.
