After upgrading, I have a nagging "Create Fence here" popup anytime my mouse hovers in a certain point, near the center of my screen. I have tried modifying the options under Enable fences (right click, left click, or both). I have tried Disabling Fences. No matter what, this popup is always there. I have even tried clicking either option "Create Fence here" or "Create Folder Portal here", thinking if once I did, it might clear whatever is happening. But, that di

The amount of labor wisefix went through in the original thread ( https://forums.stardock.com/495352/page/1/#3751969 ) should get someones attention and emphasize just how needed this feature is.

Is there any way to turn off snapping / auto arranging within a Fence? Basically, instead of it always forcing the items to the top left corner, I would like to be able to move the items around within the fence, not on a grid, not sorted, and have it keep my arrangement (just like my windows desktop behaves).
