After upgrading, I have a nagging "Create Fence here" popup anytime my mouse hovers in a certain point, near the center of my screen. I have tried modifying the options under Enable fences (right click, left click, or both). I have tried Disabling Fences. No matter what, this popup is always there. Is there any way to turn off snapping / auto arranging within a Fence? Basically, instead of it always forcing the items to the top left corner, I would like to be able to move the items around within the fence, not on a grid, not sorted, and have it keep my arrangement (just like my windows desktop behaves).
