Actually just closing the app then restarting it, solved my problem and I was able to download windowblinds and other apps. Thanks for your reply., Berne
Hi, I have been a user of Object desktop for quite a while. However, I stopped using some of your apps because my system was getting old and the overhead reqired was slowing things down. Now I have upgraded my hardware to current state of art and would like to reinstall windowblinds and DesktopGPT but these are not installing. I have been able to get deskscapes working again, but it keeps saying reboot required. Let me know what I need to do to restore full object desktop function
Hi, I am trying Multiplicity on trial basis to see if it is faster than Real VNC for controlling local network PCs. But it is not able to connect. I have McAfee firewall. What service or exe should be given firewall access and what ports? (Using McAfee FW) Any other hints to get it connecting? Thanks, Berne Stober
Hi, new here. Found Deskscapes after unsuccessfully trying to get Bionix to work. (I had used it successfully maybe 10 years ago.) Really liked the interface so sprung for the entire Object Desktop Package. But unfortunately about half of the animations in Deskscape didn't work as desktop wall papers.
