Basj, I ran per your instructions. After the reinstall, The "Windows Tools" was missing from the "Quick Access Shortcut list". I re-added it but it still shows nothing (like my original photo). It does work if if change it to a "Link". Bob
I've rebooted many time and there is no change. I also uninstalled, then installed it again twice. It happens with the Modern style also.
I am using the Windows 7 Default Theme with "Quick Access side shortcuts" > "Windows Tools" set to "Display as a menu" As you can see from the attached picture, the menu is not displayed. If I set it to "Display as a link" it will open to the "Windows Tools". I have tried other "Start Menu" options but they all display the same behavior.

They may be so but I've used Start10 on the mentioned computer since August 2019 and never had this issue until the 2004 update. What can I say!
I also had this exact problem when I installed the Windows 10 2004 update. Start10 was running just fine brfore this. I uninstalled it and things returned to normal. Installed it again with the same problem. I finally decided to uninstall it and install OpenShell instead which is running fine.
