Okay, I purged and un-installed and same issue. :(

No, I am doing it under Stills.

I upgraded to 10.02 and am not seeing two different pictures on my two monitors. I am selecting a picture, changing the drop down to Apply to monitor 1 and then clicking on the Apply to monitor 1 THEN I am selecting a picture, changing the drop down to Apply to monitor 2 and then clicking on the Apply to monitor 2 There's no Save button, right? Is it because under my Display Settings I have Extend These Disp
